Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your new Bisley furniture, but if it’s no longer wanted or you’ve changed your mind, that’s no problem. Simply request to return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Please contact us to request a return.
Should the product not be returned to us in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will use our discretion to offer only a partial refund or no refund.
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty or was damaged in transit, there is no charge to you for the return/collection. If you would like to return a furniture item(s) because it’s no longer wanted or you have changed your mind, the costs below apply. We will deduct the cost of the collection from your total refund.
Return/collection cost based on the price of your furniture item:
Up to £300: £30
£301 – £400: £39
£401 – £500: £44
>£500: £50
Price stated above is before any discounts or promotions. If you would like to return more than one item on an order, the return cost is based on the highest priced item.
If you would like to return an accessory to us, we ask that these are returned via the post office or a service of your choice where you will be eligible for the postage fee.

Furniture items will be collected by our courier partner. We ask that accessories are posted back to us via a service of your choice e.g. Royal Mail.
We’ll notify you once your item(s) have been received back with us and provided they are in their original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days from us confirming your refund for the funds to appear back in your bank account.
We use specialist packaging and furniture couriers to help ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, on the unfortunate occasion that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please use our Contact Form to send us an image of the product, and a member of our Customer Services team will advise on the best solution, including refund, replacement or repair options.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order and we will resolve this for you. Please include your order number when getting in touch.
Once we have processed your refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
As soon as we’ve received your cancellation or return, Klarna will credit the balance back to your account within 5 business days. If you’ve paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to your Klarna account balance. If your account ends up in a credit balance, this can be used towards future purchases, or you can request it to be refunded to your card by contacting Klarna Customer Service.
Please allow up to 14 days after we have confirmed and processed your refund for the funds to appear in your bank account. If you have still not received your refund, please Contact Us and our team will help resolve this.
