Ordering & Payment

You don’t need to set up an account to shop with us, guest checkout is available. However, some features are only available when you have an account such as saving your wish list and order tracking.

You can set up at checkout, or before or after ordering, here. An account gives you access to many features such as viewing your Wish List, recent orders and tracking your orders.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal. Klarna is available if you would like to spread the cost of your purchase.

Klarna pay in 3 allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal interest-free instalments. Your payments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third are collected 30 and 60 days after the first instalment.

Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout and you will see the option to pay using 3 instalments along with the cost and payment schedule. Once your order is processed, you can use the Klarna app or login at www.klarna.com/uk to get a clear overview of your purchase and payment schedule.

To use Pay in 3 you must be at least 18, and this service is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay in 3, the assessment won’t affect your credit rating

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay in 3 purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If Klarna is unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date, one further attempt will be made two days later, to automatically collect payment. Should this attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount. This will become payable in 15 days. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of collection.

Klarna may run soft credit searches that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor the Bisley Shop will run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

If it still isn’t working, please contact your bank.

Enter your code at checkout, exactly as it appears. Please note that your code may be subject to terms such as not being applicable with other codes or offers.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you would like to change the items on your order. As items are made to order, it may not be possible to make a change, however you are still able to cancel.

This is provided with your Order Confirmation email.

On rare occasions, order confirmations can make it into your Junk Folder or we might have a technical glitch. You can review your recent orders in Your Account or please Contact Us and we can help by re-sending your confirmation.

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone. If you are having any difficulties placing an order, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help resolve this for you.
