Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?
You do not need to set up an account to shop with us; a guest checkout option is available. However, some features may not be available to you that are available to account holders.
How do I set up an account?
You can set up an account by clicking here or by using the Login/Register link at the top of the page or by following the instructions when you proceed to the checkout.
How can I request a new password?
You can request a new password via the account page. Please click the "Forgot your Password?" link after which you will receive an email explaining how to reset your password.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
How can I change an order?
To change an order please call us on 03333 583 856 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. In most circumstances, it is not possible for us to amend orders once placed unless you contact us immediately.
Once orders have been placed they are entered into our manufacturing schedule and made to order. However, you can still cancel and return any products to us for a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds section of our FAQ page for further information or refer directly to our Returns Policy. 24 hours’ notice is required to amend any delivery or installation.
