SECTION 1 - ORDERING
Any order you place through this website will constitute an offer to purchase goods from us.
Payment will be taken from the card details submitted at the time your order is placed. Taking payment does not constitute acceptance of the order and if for any reason we are unable to accept or fulfil your order we will provide a full refund within 14 days.
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. The Order Acknowledgement contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery) and an order reference number. It also constitutes the VAT receipt for all product(s) you have ordered.
Acceptance of an order will take place when we despatch the product(s) to you. Until we despatch the product(s), no contract will have been formed between Bisley and you. Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse an order we will endeavour to contact you to let you know as soon as is reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee. Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and added to the total order price during the checkout process.
SECTION 2 – CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
In most circumstances, it is not possible for us to amend orders once placed unless you contact us immediately. Once orders have been placed they are entered into our manufacturing schedule and made to order. 24 hours’ notice is required to amend any delivery or installation.
Should you wish to cancel an order we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). If, however, your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order (24 hours’ notice is required to amend any delivery or installation); you will be able to return goods to us for a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
If earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to our nominated logistics partner, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract with us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Please see Section 3 to understand how to return products to us and the costs you may incur.
SECTION 3 – RETURNING AN ORDER
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should the product not be returned to us in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if the goods are returned to us more than 14 days after you expressly inform us of your desire to return a product we will use our discretion to offer only a partial refund or no refund.

Once your details are received we can advise our logistics partner to arrange collection and they will advise any charges that you will incur. You will be responsible for bearing the direct costs of returning goods where they are not defective or damaged.
We would advise that you only use our preferred logistics partner as any damage caused in transit may invalidate your refund without an agreement. Units must be returned in a saleable condition, undamaged and with all the paperwork attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you are waiting for a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return a product in exchange for a replacement, send us an email at email@example.com with proof of purchase and your contact details. Once your details are received we will advise our logistics partner to arrange collection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent out at no extra cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All products are made to order and are subject to standard lead times.
If you wish to return a product not using our preferred partner, you should mail your product to: Bisley, Caswell Way, Reevesland Industrial Estate, Newport, Wales NP19 4PW.
You will be responsible for bearing the direct costs of returning goods where they are not defective or damaged.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
