A bespoke Bisley Tower storage unit was designed especially for the landmark new headquarters of leading international ratings agency Fitch Ratings, at London’s Canary Wharf.

The 480 Tower 3 units are used to provide easily-accessible storage, their height helping to define a sense of personal space within the open-plan working environment. They feature shelves accommodating special file sizes, plus drop-in pen trays and integrated whiteboard. Finished in white, and topped with a glass surface, they help to provide a sense of clarity, space and light to the workspace.

Bisley also supplied 500 LateralFile™ units for the project, placed at the end of bench runs and between workstation clusters to provide departmental storage. LateralFile units were also specified for cellular office spaces, featuring a side filing unit with shallow drawer for personal belongings.

The 11,250sq m workplace was designed by MCM Architecture and is located in a state-of-the-art building by Kohn Pederson Fox. Stand-out features include solar-control glass and a rooftop winter garden.

The project is the latest in a string of successes for Bisley at Canary Wharf. The building is located directly between the offices of KPMG and Barclays, which both also chose Bisley LateralFile as their storage systems.
