Fashion retail giant New Look’s latest offices, located in London’s West End, project the same high-style brand values as its network of stores. The workplace brings together 350 staff, formerly located in both London and Weymouth, working across a number of key departments including buying, merchandising and marketing. With accommodation over five floors, the new offices allows these departments to work more effectively together.Designed by CBRE, the bright and contemporary workplace interior was created to support the various teams, with Bisley storage playing a major role. Designed to integrate successfully with Herman Miller systems furniture, bespoke Bisley 43" tall Tower units are located next to each workstation. The storage units were developed to have maximum flexibility, with internal fittings that can be changed to suit individual requirements. Four key variations were deployed: • A 25.6" wide unit with a front-to-back clothes rail that pulls out, allowing clothing to be stored; • Another 25.6" unit with a pull-out slotted centre panel accepting a variety of display fittings; • Two types of unit - one 25.6" wide, the other a standard 18" width - fitted with adjustable shelves. Specification of Bisley storage also helped New Look achieve its environmental strategy, which included maximising the use of recyclable/recycled materials in products used within the fit-out.
