Bisley headlines at Guardian Newspapers

“This project reinforces how Bisley products can be developed and customised to respond to the different requirements of end users,” says Adam Moan at Bennet.

The new Guardian headquarters occupy 14, 000 sq m at the landmark Kings Place development near London’s King’s Cross, designed by architect Dixon Jones.

Bisley has provided a mix of MySpace lockers and LateralFile units, to help to deliver an environment that supports flexible team working, catering for the needs of a changing media environment.

Employees have their own dedicated MySpace locker for personal storage, and will work by an unallocated bench desking system. The MySpace units are fitted with a bespoke sloping top, turning them into “lecturn” reading units for browsing newspapers and other publications. The unique charcoal color with a matt finish, contrasts with the white desking.
